I'd like to try coda out on my laptop,
in conjuction with my desktop and work computer
(all running RedHat Linux 7.3).

Is there a short and simple account somewhere
explaining exactly what one has to do?
(I have the coda client and server,
and have compiled the latest kernel with coda fs.)
