It looks like it is only printing a 96-bit file identifier. The 6.0 and later clients all use 128-bits. Also, I don't really know where the ioctl32 is coming from. Maybe this is a 32-bit client on a 64-bit kernel. I know I have never (knowingly) added anything that would translate the ioctls so that is probably an area where things can easily be broken.
